NCS students in Grades K-4 had a Maine author and illustrator visit their library on April 6. Hazel Mitchell read her picture book "Toby" and then taught the children how she draws the white miniature poodle she rescued 10 years ago. The visit was funded by a grant from the Maine Community Foundation. For the complete story, watch for an article in the Lincoln County News.
