What's a fun activity for a cold, snowy, January day? Planting some seedlings, of course! Each week, Kindergarteners spend time with our Agriculture Coordinator, Miss Hedda, learning about a variety of topics. Today, we planted beans and spinach, and had a taste test of fresh greens! Students had previously placed the bean seeds in clear ziploc bags and taped them to our classroom windows, where they were able to spend several days observing them. Time spent in the greenhouse is always fun!
